About NICHE

NICHE came from the desire to create a beautiful space with flexible housing in the West Philly area. If you’re in town just for a visit, for a few months, or up to a year, we have a room for you. NICHE is unique just like you are - no two rooms are the same and we truly offer Custom Accommodations - what you need for you. You’re not just visiting for a conference, staying for an internship, or needing a space for a year, you’re unique and where you stay should be, too. A true home-away-from home. NICHE has two types of units: The Niche Rooms and The Custom Stay Rooms. The NICHE rooms are meant for short-term stays, with access to our beautiful lounge, the private garden, and laundry. The Custom Stay rooms have more space and kitchenettes, as well as access to all property amenities.
